What retailers/stores accept competitors coupons?

What retailers/stores in South Florida accept competitors coupons?
I would like to know which retailers/stores accept coupons from other stores.
I am mostly interested in groceries & infant items, but any new info I don’t know would be great!

I know bed bath and beyond accepts them. But they don’t have baby items.

Sometimes the Target here will price match. Sometimes Walmart. Occasionaly Harris Teeter.
Most stores only do it during promotional events, and only for stores that also have brick &morter locations in the local area.
