What does trade review by Yahoo sports mean?
ByNot a league or comish rule. How the heck doesthis work and how can an owner make a deal to improve one area of his team if the trade seems out of ballance otherwise?

I assume you are meaning in yahoo public.
You just have to be smart about, make trades that look perfectly fair, but arent.
Just follow hunches and use knowledge without ripping anyone off to the naked eye.
