Online local grocery coupons?

I’m looking for a good coupon (grocery & drug stores like CVS) site that lets you pick products you buy and favorite brands and then emails you when stuff goes on sale or has a coupon.
Would also like one that lets me select my local stores (CVS, Stop & Shop, IGA etc)
There are tons of sites but so far all I’ve seen make you wade through tons of crap I’d never buy.
Anybody have a good suggestion?

1) Sign up for email updates at the websites of your preferred stores for exclusive coupons.

Sometimes the manufacturer has coupons on their site. If you are looking for a specific product you can try there.

There are indeed tons of sites. This one looks pretty good because you can enter your own zip code for local stores, then select from the left hand menu for the types of coupons that interest you (grocery, weekly ads, etc.)
