yes, fox rent a car at seatac is the cheapest, usually starts at $12 a day for economy car (like a kia)

I’d check Thrifty Car Rental. Also, keep in mind that the Seattle area has some of the best public transportation in the country in case you want to save the expense and have greater freedom of movement. Good Luck!
